The quickest way is to get the camp by the hills unlocked (the one by the Dragon and ruins), and then run down to the mine area, kill the group, fast travel back to camp, save, load, and do it again. Unless the exploit was fixed in the last patch then that's the quickest way I've found, because that set of enemies is never random.
