I ran into the same problem. I was using the Far Cry 6 Interactive Map from mapgenie. Turns out the jewelry box just on the border of Aguas Lindas and Lozania is the missing sixth box for Lozania. This means there are actually seven jewelry boxes inside Lozania; one just doesn't count toward completion. 1.
